Fedex automatically covers $100.00 should your package be lost by Fedex. If you would like to add additional insurance to cover the cost of your shipment, please choose the insurance option in the shopping cart. Debee's Hair/Fedex is not responsible for the value of the package beyond $100.00 if no additional insurance is added. Debee's Hair/UPS is not responsible for the replacement value of shipments scanned as delivered to the correct address but not received by the customer. To ensure that your package will not be driver released at the doorstep, you may choose the "Signature Required" option. These options are included in the Shipping Method step during checkout.

Please note that in the event your package is delivered to the correct address and stolen, neither UPS or Debee's Hair will be responsible for the package.

We suggest that you add "signature required" to your shipping, so UPS will not leave your package on the doorstep. If "signature required" is not added to shipping, the recipient takes full responsibly for the package.  All Ground shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
